Bishop Leroy Watson III, Pastor & Founder

Bishop Leroy Watson III was born June 12, 1964, unto Margery J and Leroy Watson Jr. of Mount Clemens Michigan. He completed his secondary education at Mt. Clemens High School. He continued his post-secondary education at Morehouse College, Columbia School of Broadcasting and Columbia University.

Bishop Leroy Watson III has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ since the age of 18 and pastoring since the age of 25. He has had the privilege of being the Associate Pastor of The Temple of Deliverance, Atlanta GA. National officer and Assistant Crusade Director of Deliverance Centers of America, under Bishop Joe Price. Youth President of Central Georgia Church of God In Christ, which consisted of 110 churches, with the responsibility to Develop, maintain and prosper their youth department, under Bishop JD Husband. He has had the pleasure of being the Administrative Assistant to the Jurisdictional Prelate of Southeast Georgia, under Bishop Benjamine Collins, with the responsibility to fulfill the appointed business and affairs of the Jurisdiction on behalf of the Jurisdictional Bishop. If that wasn’t enough Bishop Watson was the Owner and Vice President of WXLL 1310 AM Radio Station. The leading gospel station in Decatur, Ga.

The Lord has blessed him to travel across the United States and abroad preaching the Word of God. He is the Founder of Cathedral Vineyard Ministries located in Atlanta, GA. He is also the Presiding Prelate of Inner-Faith Fellowship with churches in Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, India, and Pakistan. 

Bishop Watson has a solid background in radio, television broadcasting, counseling, youth development and youth mentorship. 

He is Actively sought-after for church seminars, Evangelism, Teaching, and Leadership Training. Bishop Watson talents, gifts and skills has been used outside of the church, he was the Ex-Vice President of NAACP, Gwinnett Chapter, Coordinator and Developer of Education task force. Youth league football and basketball coach. Chaplain of the Shiloh High School Varsity Football Team just to name a few. 

Bishop Watson is the Husband of Elect Lady Gloria J Watson and father of Estella Clark, Margery M Watson, Crystal D Watson, Devotion J Watson, Samuel L Muse, Gloria J Watson, and Leroy Watson IV. 

Bishop Watson believes that every answer to the plight of mankind can be found in God. His personal motto is God is Yet Alive; He still sits upon His throne and One Touch from Jesus can change your entire life.

Elect Lady Gloria Watson

Elect Lady Gloria J. Watson was born May 7, 1966, unto Freddie Lee and Georgia Mae Middlebrooks of Ocilla, Georgia. She completed her secondary education at Wilcox County High School in Rochelle, Georgia. And her post-secondary education at Valdosta State, Georgia State University and completed her degree at Shorter University.

February 14, 1987, she was joined in Holy Matrimony to Bishop Leroy Watson III. Joining her husband in ministry as well as matrimony she became the First Lady of Cathedral Vineyard Ministries. Out of this union four beautiful children, Crystal Darnell, Devotion Jeanette, Gloria Jean, and Leroy Watson IV, in addition to caring for two nieces, Estella Darnell Watson and Margery Marie Watson and one nephew Samuel Livingston Muse. 

Service has always been in the heart and Spirit of Elect Lady Watson, she served her community as an Assistant Librarian and a Volunteer Teacher’s Assistant for both Dekalb and Gwinnett County School Systems, in addition to owning and operating a baby-sitting service, organized an After School Program named the Glory Community Development Center, and served as the Executive Director of Camelot Adult Day Care Service. 

Elect Lady Watson is called to the ministry of Praise and Worship. She has led Praise Service, Crusades, and Conferences throughout the United States and internationally. She has shared the stage with singers such as: Daniel Winans, Beau Williams, Shirley Caesar, Dorinda Clark, Bishop Dreyfus Smith of Wings of Faith, The Williams Brothers, as well as with renowned speakers such as: Elder Richard Hinton, Pastor Wiley Jackson, and Evangelist Jackie McCollum. In addition, Elect Lady Watson has recorded with Grammy nominated and Stellar award winner Douglas Miller along with many others, she has also recorded and released her 2002 debut solo project entitled, “Gloria Watson Praise Live”. 

Elect Lady Watson accepted her call into the ministry and was ordained an Elder September of 2005. Since then, she has ministered through the preached word of God and teaching both young and old, about the love of Christ. Elder Gloria J. Watson is a God fearing and serving woman, one who has devoted her life as a Minister of the Gospel, First Lady, wife, mother, and grandmother.

Elder Theresa Montgomery, Associate Pastor

Elder Theresa Montgomery is the daughter of Pastor Clarence and Mother Verna Montgomery, was born on January 25, 1970, in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the surviving mother of the late Marquez Montgomery (2010). She was educated in the DeKalb County Public School System and graduated from Towers High School in 1988. After graduating high school, Elder Montgomery entered into the workforce and furthered her education by receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting in 2011 from Bauder College.

Elder Theresa Montgomery has been involved in church since her youth and accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the young age of three and began working in the church with the Sunbeam choir, the Junior Usher Board, The Youth Sunday School Committee and The Food Ministry, where she learned to run the kitchen, handle currency and serve the Pastoral Table; all by the age of fourteen.

It was in her early adult life,1997, that she rededicated her life to Christ and joined Cathedral Vineyard Ministries, under Bishop Leroy Watson III. Her gifts were sharpened by working with Secretarial Poole, moving up to Secretary of the Music Department, Sunday School Teacher and finally accepting her call to the Ministry. 

Ordained as an Elder on September 9, 2018, in addition to being appointed as Associate Pastor of Cathedral Vineyard Ministries, Elder Theresa embraces her call and spiritual responsibilities with humbleness and conviction. Elder Montgomery states, “To be used by God to help guide others to Christ and serve her church and pastor Bishop Leroy Watson III, is the greatest service that I have done, and I will not let go of this call for God has been chosen me.
